Washington State Tribal Opioid and Fentanyl Taskforce invites you to the Third Annual Summit, hosted by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe.
This event is sponsored by the State of Washington and by the ilani resort. All event activities have been coordinated for you by the American Indian Health Commission.
This summit will bring together Tribal leaders, Governor Bob Ferguson, and state agency leaders to discuss the impact of the opioid crisis on Native communities across Washington State, and identify action items and solutions. Updates on steps taken to address priorities identified during the previous Tribal Opioid Summits will be provided.

We would like to honor, and bring awareness to, the following issues throughout the summit. We invite you to participate by wearing:
- Red on Tuesday, in honor of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People
- Purple on Wednesday, in honor of overdose awareness
- Orange on Thursday, in honor of all the children who never came home from boarding schools
