Standing Order Template for Tribes for COVID-19 Vaccine

The American Indian Health Commission provides a template for Tribal Governments to establish standing orders for the COVID-1 vaccine. The template is available for Washington State Tribes to access on our website and has instructions for use in the document.
Recommendations continue to utilize the following guidance along with reasonable medical judgement that is most suitable for the individual being vaccinated:
- Pediatrics (ages 6 months-18 years): American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) COVID-19 vaccine guidance
- Pregnant Individuals (all ages as applicable): American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) COVID-19 vaccine guidance
- Adults (ages 19 and older): American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) COVID-19 vaccine guidance
