The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) invites healthcare providers to join our Trans & Gender Affirming Care ECHO. The 12 session virtual training curriculum will ensure registered providers have the resources they need to create affirming clinical environments and provide appropriate healthcare for Two-Spirit, trans, and genderqueer patients. The sessions will include continuing education credits.
When: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 2 PM ET, March 11th – August 26th, 2020
The Trans & Gender Affirming Care ECHO will:
- review elements of affirming clinic environments for Two-Spirit and trans patients
- describe the basics of gender-affirming medical transition
- offer considerations for the mental and sexual health of Two-Spirit and trans patients

This ECHO session will be capped at 20 providers. You will receive an email confirming your registration in early January. Providers will receive a certificate upon course completion.
