Tuesday Nov. 17- Closing Plenary 1-4 pm

Breakout Sessions will be on Friday 9-10:30, Monday 1:30-2:30 pm and Tuesday 1-2:30 pm and 3:00-4:30.  Each breakout will be 90 minutes long with a 1/2 hour break in between. Topics include:
